How do I choose a writer if I've got too many proposals?

Browse writer profiles, check out their reviews and ratings, and consider their areas of expertise. You can also chat with writers directly or ask a support agent to choose a writer for you.

How do I know if my order went through or not?

After you hire a writer and place a deposit, you order status will change to 'In progress.' You'll also get an email notification.

Can I message my writer?

Yes. You can always stay in contact with your writer in our secure messenger. It also allows you to exchange files. Open, direct communication will help you get the support you need.

How do I track the order progress?

That's what chat is for. You can request free early drafts from your writer, update instructions, share feedback, and clarify details with the writer.

Is it possible to change assignment specs when the writer is working on my paper?

You can modify order details while your order is in selection. Once you've hired a writer, only the deadline and count can be edited. You can also purchase add-ons for an additional cost.

We'll send you an email notification when your paper is finished. Download the file and check whether it meets your instructions. If needed, you can request unlimited edits for 14-30 days after order completion. Next, approve the work and release the deposit to your writer.

What if the writer misses my deadline?

We strive to deliver every order before the deadline. In the unlikely event that the writer misses your deadline, please reach out to customer support. They'll reach out to the writer and resolve this issue. You can also cancel your order and request your deposit back.

If I need a minor revision to a paper, do I have to pay again?

No. We offer free, unlimited revisions up to 14-30 days after you receive the paper. The duration of the revision window depends on your order details. So, if your paper doesn't meet the initial requirements, you can share your feedback directly with the writer.

How do I place a deposit for my order?

Do I have to pay in USD?

Can you release half of the funds now and half later?
